These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kaisenryte.com and any related services, features, content, and purchases offered by Kaisenryte (“Kaisenryte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and services.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase from us.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. Products and website information
We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, textures, and proportions may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device type. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, sizes, and other website information may be corrected or changed without notice.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown at checkout when required.

5. Shipping and delivery
Preparation and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. All dates and delivery windows are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking updates. Please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page if you believe a shipment is missing or incorrect.
6. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and custom-size items
Returns, refunds, cancellations, alterations, and custom-size purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering, especially for custom-size or altered items, which may have different eligibility rules.
7. Promotions and discount codes

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Kaisenryte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting our services, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or unrelated to the relevant product or service. We are not required to keep unsolicited ideas confidential or provide compensation for them.

13. Errors and corrections
Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, or omissions. We may correct or update information and, where reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment, the canceled amount will be refunded.

We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaisenryte and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Kaisenryte for reasonable losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Severability, waiver, and assignment
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
