Processing Time

All Kaisenryte dresses are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production and order processing before shipment. This processing period applies to both standard-size and custom-size dresses.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free.

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 10–13 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 13–20 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping costs $29.99.

After processing, expedited shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 8–14 business days.

Expedited shipping shortens transit time only. It does not shorten the 3–7 business day production and processing period.

Estimated Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Order Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping or delivery estimate. Where applicable, you may choose to accept the revised timeline or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Tracking and Address Changes

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipment processing.
