All standard-size and custom-size dresses take 3–5 calendar days for production. US standard shipping is free and takes 10–13 business days after production. Expedited shipping costs $29.99 and takes 5–7 business days after production; it does not shorten production time.
Eligible standard-size dresses: request a return within 30 days of delivery. Custom-size dresses are generally not returnable for personal reasons; incorrect items, defects or manufacturing errors remain eligible for assistance. Review the full return conditions before ordering.
